The Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers is compromised of lawyers who practice in the 9th and 18th judicial circuits of Central Florida. These judicial circuits include Brevard, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. CFACDL'S primary purpose is to provide continuing education to the local criminal bar and to advocate for changes within the criminal justice system to improve the practice of criminal law.

We encourage all members of the Florida Bar who handle criminal cases, even occasionally, to join CFACDL. CFACDL is constantly advocating for a better relationship with the judiciary, is committed to providing timely education and announcements to the criminal bar, and promotes change within the criminal justice system to better help our clients.

2008 Judicial Poll Results
CFACDL has released the results of the 2008 edition of the CFACDL Judicial Poll. The Judicial Poll is an annual survey conducted by CFACDL of Central Florida criminal trial lawyers, which includes prosecutors and defense attorneys, regarding Federal, Orange County, Osceola County, and Seminole County jurists who presided over criminal, juvenile, and related cases in the Central Florida region.
