Davi Toole has undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Florida primarily in Communications and Public Relations. She attended Barry University College of Law. Davi has worked for the Public Defender in both the 19th and, currently, the 9th Circuit.

| Amy Carter |

Amy Carter is a native of Lansing, Michigan. Mrs. Carter received her Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from Michigan State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Florida A&M University, College of Law. While in law school Mrs. Carter worked as a Case Manager for Lakeside Behavioral Healthcare in both the Mental Health Pretrial Release Program and the Competency Restoration Program. In 2009, her article entitled Fixing Florida’s Mental Health Courts: Addressing the Needs of the Mentally Ill by Moving Away From Criminalization to Investing In Community Mental Health was published by Wayne State University Law School’s journal of Law in Society. Mrs. Carter is now employed as an Assistant Public Defender with the Ninth Judicial Circuit.

Chad Cronon serves as 2010 -2011 President of the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and serves as Chapter Representative to the Statewide Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has been on the Board of Directors of CFACDL since 2007 and a member since 2003. He graduated with a Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Florida College of Law, and he also holds a Masters Degree in Public Affairs from the University of Florida (Class of 1999.) His undergraduate degree is in Speech Communications and English from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama (Class of 1995.).

| Bart Vickers is an Assistant Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orange County and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2006. Originally from Jacksonville, he received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. This is his second term serving on the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. After acting as Membership Chairman last year, he spearheaded the 2010 Judicial Poll, making it available online and adding other features. Bart is proud to assist our fellow members with any questions or concerns they may have and appreciates the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. |
