The Federal Defender for the Middle District of Florida, with CFACDL, will conduct a full-day federal criminal practice seminar. This seminar will focus on federal practice and federal sentencing Issues. We will also discuss current events in the Middle District of Florida (the agenda is attached).
This seminar will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel Downtown Orlando on Friday, April 20, 2018. The cost of the seminar is $125, which includes seminar materials, continental breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and beverages.
To register for this annual seminar, please fill out this Seminar Registration Form. Please make your check for $125, payable to CFACDL, and enclose your check with the completed Seminar Registration Form no later than Friday, April 13, 2018, and mail to: Margaret Bundy, c/o Office of the Federal Defender, 201 South Orange Avenue, Suite 300, Orlando, Florida 32801. (Please do not forward to CFACDL directly).
To help us avoid duplication, please do not fax and mail your registration form if you are registering and sending us a check. See below. Because we must inform the hotel of the number of attendees, prior to the seminar date, it is imperative you register in advance for this seminar and allow time for the post office to process your mail.
We are requesting CLE credit hours from The Florida Bar to include ethics, professionalism, and technology credit.
If you are driving to the hotel for the seminar, you must pay cash for valet parking so please plan.
