State of Florida, The Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, 5th District, is hiring for the following counties:

 

One full time criminal defense felony attorney for Ocala (Marion County);


One full time criminal defense felony attorney for Bushnell (Sumter County); and


One full time criminal defense felony attorney for Brooksville (Hernando County).

 

The felony position involves managing a docket of felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile delinquency cases.  State of Florida benefits, including health insurance and retirement, are offered with the position.
